CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION 

Standard payment terms (for most concrete projects) are as follows and will be printed on your estimate for your review and invoice (terms subject to change prior to customer commitment based on job type, special order materials, etc.):

Payment terms: $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date, 50% due on arrival of Middleton Masonry, remainder due on arrival of concrete truck.

***Middleton Masonry is given permission to access the above noted property (including driveway) for purpose of completing the work described here.

***Middleton Masonry does everything in our power to ensure ready-mix concrete and other materials are of the highest quality possible, but will not be held liable/responsible for errors made by other outside vendors (ie: ready-mix concrete suppliers, block manufacturers, etc.)
